2. Bamboo Rice Dosa

  • 3 cups of bamboo rice
  • 1 cup of white rice
  • Two tablespoons of chana dal
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • Two tablespoons poha

Step 1: Before you begin, soak the rice and all of the pulses mentioned above for 8 hours. Then, all of the ingredients should be washed and ground together in a mixer.

Step 2: The ground batter must now ferment for a further 8 hours. Thus, fermentation might take as little as 6 hours during the summer.
